BlueWater’s quality assurance program consists of creating three interlocking components: 1) a QMS conforming to ISO 9001:2008 and incorporating IT Services best practices, 2) a program that plans and achieves quality by maintaining QA and QC, and 3) a vigilant and effective Continual Service Improvement (CSI) process. Together these components provide the framework for a quality culture that incorporates BlueWater’s principles and enables consistent, superior performance.
Our program fosters a client-centric environment by doing the following:
- Infusing a culture of quality throughout the organization – Leaders at BlueWater establish, by example and thorough policy, an understanding that all staff own quality and are responsible for results.
- Developing effective quality processes – Technology and tool use is maximized when effective quality processes aligned with business relations are defined, documented, continually sustained, and improved.
- Implementing Continual Service Improvement (CSI) – Executing continual improvement is critical to our success and is realized by our embedding quality into our processes. This includes measuring performance results, trending data, and initiating formal analysis and improvement activities.
